Shared and Private Yacht Cruise Terms and Conditions – Dubai
- Bookings and Payments:
- Yacht cruise reservations must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.
- Payment for the reservation must be completed before the scheduled cruise date. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Departure Location and Arrival Time:
- All yacht cruises depart from Dubai Marina. Detailed departure instructions will be sent via email after payment has been received.
- Passengers are requested to arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The yacht departs promptly, and all guests must check in with the crew at least 15 minutes before departure. No refunds will be issued in the event of late arrival or a missed departure.
- Dress Code and Seating:
- There are no assigned seats on board. Guests are free to move around both the upper and lower decks throughout the cruise.
- Please dress comfortably while maintaining appropriate attire for a shared cruise experience. During the months of January through March, we recommend avoiding shorts, crop tops, short dresses, or skirts on evening cruises, as temperatures may be cooler.
- Children Policy:
- Children under the age of 2 are permitted on board but must remain inside the salon or cabin under the supervision of an adult.
- Children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket throughout the cruise and remain under adult supervision at all times.
- Children and teenagers aged 12–18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Prohibited Items and Conduct:
- Bringing alcohol or illegal substances on board is strictly prohibited.
- Photography and video recording are permitted unless otherwise instructed by the crew.
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disturbing the comfort of other guests.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht. Excessive alcohol consumption or reckless behaviour may result in financial penalties or immediate termination of the charter without refund.
- Weather Conditions and Safety:
- The cruise route is subject to weather conditions. The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the cruise if necessary for the safety of passengers and crew.
- If the Coast Guard issues a weather warning, passengers may be required to wear life jackets throughout the cruise.
- Liability and Onboard Rules:
- Throwing rubbish or any objects into the water is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.
- Jumping from the yacht while underway or at anchor is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the charter. We accept no responsibility for any losses, additional expenses, injuries, illnesses, accidents, or death resulting from such actions.
- Animals and pets are not permitted on board.
- Smoking inside the yacht is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the charter.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Dedimarine reserves the right to cancel any booking without liability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Bookings may only be cancelled due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Mechanical failure
- Coast Guard restrictions or newly introduced regulations
- Customer cancellation policy:
- More than 7 days before the cruise: Full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the cruise: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
- All cancellations must be confirmed by the customer before the scheduled departure time.
