Water Sports Equipment and Activities Terms & Conditions
- Reservations and Payments:
- Reservations for water sports equipment rentals and water activities must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us by phone.
- Full payment for the reservation and rented equipment must be completed before the activity begins.
- Safety Rules:
- Before participating in any water activity, every guest is required to read and follow the safety instructions provided by our staff.
- Life jackets must be worn during all water activities unless otherwise instructed by our staff for a specific activity.
- Conduct on the Water:
- Participants must follow all water safety regulations and avoid any behavior that may endanger themselves or others.
- Operating equipment or moving in a manner that may pose a risk to other people on the water is strictly prohibited.
- Proper Use of Equipment:
- All equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided by our staff.
- Any misuse that may result in damage to or loss of the equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Conduct:
- The use of water sports equipment or participation in water activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Jumping into the water is not permitted outside designated swimming areas or in locations marked as unsafe.
- User Responsibility:
- Participants are fully responsible for their actions while using the equipment and participating in water activities. Any damage to property or injury caused by a participant may result in financial liability.
- Children and minors under the age of 18 may only participate in water activities when accompanied by, supervised by, and under the full responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
- Staff Instructions:
- All guests must follow the instructions and guidance provided by our staff at all times. Their priority is to ensure the safety of every participant.
- Weather Conditions:
- Guests should be aware of current weather conditions and follow any weather warnings. In the event of adverse weather, water activities may be restricted or cancelled for safety reasons.
- Reservation Changes:
- Purchased tickets for water activities may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- Any request to change the date or time must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
- Meeting Point and Arrival Instructions:
- Detailed meeting point and transportation instructions will be sent with your ticket after payment has been received.
- Guests are requested to arrive at the activity location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Failure to arrive on time, or arriving too late to complete part or all of the activity, is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or any form of compensation.
